The weather forecast is calling for significant winds this afternoon and then winds around 10 mph overnight.  The wind direction is expected to be out of the South, which is more favorable for rowing conditions out at the marina than wind from the North or West. Conditions may be less than perfect, but as of right now I do plan to row in the morning.  It would be a good idea to check the weather station monitors online before you head out in the morning.
